(More customer reviews)Nicely made fixture - metal base. Gives off a a great, retro/analog feel with warm toned lighting. If you like the fixture, save youself some time and rewire with a stouter radio shack switch and enough slack in the wiring to allow easy bulb replacement before installing it. I bought two for a homebuilt camping trailer project and neither one survived the contruction and testing process.
