The package came complete including instructions and warrenty, the only thing it didn't come with and from what I found out PIAA has forgotten to package 2 screws with this particular kit (that you will need and can pick up from the hardware store)other than that we didn't have any difficulty installing. They seem very stable and sturdy, they look and work great on the FJ.
