(More customer reviews)Original shipping date place this item no later than Jan 26. By Jan 28, it had not arrived. The FedEx tracking number I was given, showed the item had not even shipped yet. I filed a complaint with Amazon, and within an hour, seller had called me to attempt to resolve the problem. They had no explanation, but offered to ship a new item and refund my shipping costs, if I would remove my complaint from Amazon. They seemed more interested in removing the complaint than resolving the issue.
New Item was promised no later than Feb 4th. Item did not arrive until Feb 6th, and it was the wrong side. Seller would not return calls. Finally, filed a complaint with Amazon, and only then did seller offer to return full purchase price, plus $10. I am still not happy. I have waited well over three weeks for a simple to ship item that should have arrived in a week.
I am not happy with this seller, and the attempts they have made to resolve my problem.

Monroe 37030 Sensa-Trac Light Truck Shock Absorber Review

(More customer reviews)Had to rate a 3 because, sent me one shock that was defective, front shock hole, for bolt was wrong. I should have opened each box and checked bolt hole size. Had to send back and get another one, already had damaged old shock getting it off, had to wait couple days with truck jacked up. If you have a problem, find the call me now option on amazon and get it taken care of, pretty quickly, with the INDIA accented dude. Got shock and put it on. Seems to be working OK. I was really expecting a more heavy duty shock, but it is what I ordered. Heard good things about Bilstein shocks, but these are good enough for my old truck.....

Monroe 911035 Reflex Light Truck Shock Absorber Review

(More customer reviews)Unlike some other reviewers of shocks that have a lot of experience with multiple shock changes on the same vehicle, this is the only time I've done a shock replacement to any vehicle that I've owned --- but I'm stunned at the improvement.
I did a lot of research on SportTrac message boards all over and the consistent message was that the Sensa-trac model is good, but people who buy the Reflex rave about them. I've become one of those people. The quality has been compared to the KYB models at nearly half the price. The only models I've seen discussed as upgrades were the Eidelbrocks (discontinued) and the Bilsteins (at around $120/shock).
If you own a SportTrac, then you may have experienced breaking loose the rear at highway speeds on bumpy wet pavement like have with my family of 4 in the car on I75 somewhere in Tennessee. That has everything to do with the ultra-cheap & soft stock shocks that Ford put on the SportTrac. Others have also noted tire damage as a result of the stock shocks. I can think of no other great impact to your driving experience, your safety, or the investment you have in your tires than to purchase a set of Reflex's. Trust me when I say that your vehicle will drive like it never has and it will feel better than when you drove it off the new car dealer's lot.

(More customer reviews)the covers are the cheepest insurance for the lights! they work great! the only bad thing is that dirt gets inbehind them. i fixed that problem by putting some foam tape around the cover, that way they are dust free now! i'd suggest that to everyone that puts the covers on! just make sure the tape is only as thick as needed. i learned the hard way: tape tp thick -> mounting tabs broken off!

Sylvania 66240 D2S HID - High Intensity Discharge Lamp, Pack of 1 Review

(More customer reviews)When I bought my BMW, I had to opt for the HID lights because they are just awesome. First thing I asked the dealer was how much they would cost to replace when the bulbs went out. The dealer said "They don't break," which in BMW-language means you will cry when they do.
Fast forward to five years later, my car starts to show the "Pink eye" which is what HIDs show before the bulb goes out. I call BMW and they want two-hundred and fifty smackers for the replacement bulb. Wow. No thanks. I jump onto Amazon and search for "Sylvania D2S HID" which is pretty much what was written on the HID bulb I pulled out from my car. Low and behold, one-fifth the price!
When it came in the next day I popped it in and bam, it works just fine. Looks EXACTLY the same too, same color temperature (4100-4300K I am guessing). Not the street racer blue, street-illegal stuff you generally see on the internet.
I win, BMW loses, and Amazon rocks!

(More customer reviews)I ordered these lights and got them on time and everything packing was good enough but when i went to put them on that night they three of the four i purchased didnt work. so, i told the company i bought them from and the replaced them, i didnt even have to send the broken ones back they just sent me 3 more. when i got these they worked great for a week or so and now the only colors that work is red and they are super dim. i assume the batteries are going out but the batteries cost just as much as the lights did and theres now way im going to replace the batteries on these things every few weeks. definatly not worth the trouble but when they do work they are pretty cool.

(More customer reviews)What can I say? They helped the ride on a 6-year-old Chevrolet pickup with 80,000 miles. They probably come close to restoring the original ride when the truck was new. They are not as stiff as some shocks which allows a decent ride when the truck is not loaded. The truck is seldom used for anything except basic transportation to the local Wal-Mart or grocery store.
I would buy them again. They perform as expected.

Harper Trucks PGLYSK19BLK Nylon Hand Truck Review

(More customer reviews)My main interest that made me get this item, a good handtruck, was that I personally didn't want to risk another back injury by heftying it into and out of a vehicle. Nor do I want to see anybody else injured. This Harper Nylon Hand Truck only weighs 21.4 pounds. It's a high-tech hand truck. And it has a 300 pound capacity, which exceeds all uses we'd have for it.
Originally we used it as intended to move boxes of servers and equipment. In our business, we buy computing equipment for the customers for whom we maintain their networks, and they need us to do this because we're a registered vendor and get discounts in all the hardware. We get a lot of use out of a 2-wheel dolly; we have to take it with us along with the equipment when we make deliveries.
But then somebody decided we needed this hand truck to permanently hold our charging battery, which is heavy and thus the requirement was a charging system that every office worker could manage - it couldn't be too heavy. (We keep a charging battery to jump car batteries as needed.) We're not going to keep moving this heavy battery on and off a hand truck along with its thick and heavy cables. We will probably end up getting another one of these Harper hand trucks because of the weight-strength ratio. The deal is, I've had back surgery and we don't want injuries. Out other dolly is heavy solid steel and weighs too much.
We're now back to loading this heavy 2-wheeler onto our vehicles (sports utility vehicles) because we need it when we reach the client sites. After experiencing the Harper lightweight hand truck, nobody likes using the heavy solid steel dolly anymore. But at the end of the day, this is probably an insurance consideration for us, so we'll go for a high-tech lightweight dolly again. This is the only one we are familiar with, hence we'll order another of these.

I run in extreme conditions in Alaska, where the lights are constantly inundated with salt water, and the damn things look and work as good as the day I bought them. I bought them on a whim, expecting them to crap out within weeks, and they have have totally surprised me. The only bummer is that the bulbs only last for about 25 hours of continuous use, and need replacement on a regular basis. Otherwise, the quality of the materials is beyond compare... you might check out the KC HID lights for a longer lived option.
