ITS A DOOR HINGE SPRING REMOVAL TOOL!
WOW!
I dont know what else to say. You use it to compress a spring in a late model GM door.
Its the spring that makes the door go "boing" and stay open.
What else....its silver in color with a black bolt. Yes, just like the picture.
If you are a door hinge spring removal kind of guy or girl this is the tool for you.
Kind of reminds me of really big chopsticks for some reason.
There is nothing bad about this tool.
