I wouldn't recommend these for on-road use against oncoming traffic. Even on the low beam setting, they are extremely bright. They look great and are finely crafted.
I think the switch and/or relays were bad in the set I got, but Warn shipped some to me, free of charge immediately. Their customer service is outstanding.
