(More customer reviews)I installed this camera (model 13275-72) less than 3 years ago and got nothing just a big headache. In about the first 6-7 month after I put that camera on my VAN I found the moisture inside the camera and the picture on the monitor got blurred. So, I called the WINPLUS and they told me that this is something unusual and the camera has the water-resisting ability. The moisture should not be there. But after all the WINPLUS replaced the camera anyway because it was on the warranty. In about a month ago I found the moisture in the second camera too and the picture got blurred again. I did not call to WINPLUS (was very busy) until today, because the camera stopped working completely. Their suggestion was to buy another WINPLUS camera and put some silicone around the camera glass. "Good suggestion", but I will never buy WINPLUS camera again, I will try something different instead.
