(More customer reviews)My old Viper died. I went to Best Buy and this alarm was $299 which included installation which I did not need. This was my first purchase on Amazon, and I was amazed at the price, skeptical of what I would get. It was a brand new alarm, original packaging. After 10 years, I only needed to rerun the shock sensor which had a different connector, and install the brain in place of the old one! Works like a charm! Thank you!
