The bumper came in excellent condition with everything I needed for installation; bolts/nuts/license lights and wiring/brackets etc. But what impressed me the most...I placed the order 8/23/08 and received it here in Missouri 8/29/08 keeping in mind that the 23rd. was a Saturday.
